Sensei Fabian: Mind Over Body

Sensei Fabian has been a student of Martial Arts since the age of 5. By the age of 10, his training included the arts of Karate, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Boxing, and Kickboxing. At this time, he began his teaching journey by assisting classes. As he dedicated more time to his Martial Arts training, he knew his ultimate goal was to become a teacher of Martial Arts. At the age of 15, he achieved that goal, and was teaching both child and adult classes.

He was introduced to wrestling in middle school and by his senior year of high school, he finished 7th in the New Jersey State Wrestling tournament at 140 lbs. After high school Sensei Fabian went on to hold an undefeated run on the amateur Mixed Martial Arts scene, winning the XFC, EFC, And Dead Serious Title belts at 145 lbs., winning countless Brazilian Jiu-jitsu tournaments and has represented the United States of America in various tournaments around the globe.

Now, his time is dedicated to becoming the best instructor he can be for his students. Realizing the importance of quality training for students of all levels of experience, teaching has become his priority. Sensei Fabian is a teacher who leads by example.

Sempai Jacquim

Sempai Jacquim has been a student and enthusiast of martial arts for as long as he can remember. One of his best memories was a visit with his father to train at the famed Miami Boxing Gym, years before it’s demolition. Like many of his generation, boxing was a major influence on his love for the striking arts.

In 2012, he started training in the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This is where he met several high level figures in the art, including Sensei Fabian.

Sempai Jacquim holds the rank of brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is a well respected instructor in his community.
